How do I get started with my renovation?

The first step is to schedule an initial consultation with us. We’ll walk through your space, listen to your goals, take measurements, and answer any questions you have. After the visit, we’ll provide a detailed estimate based on your project vision.

Do you handle both design and construction?

Yes! We’re a full-service design-build team, which means we manage your project from start to finish—including design concepts, material selections, construction, and final styling. You won’t need to juggle multiple contractors or vendors.

 

How long will my renovation take?

Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the project.
On average:

  • Kitchen renovations take about 8–12 weeks once construction begins.

  • Bathroom remodels typically run 4–8 weeks.

  • Basement remodels and finishes typically take about 8-12 weeks

  • Whole-home renovations or additions may take several months.

 

We’ll provide you with a clear project timeline after the design phase, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

 

Can I live in my home during the renovation?

In many cases, yes, especially for projects isolated to one area of the home. However, for extensive renovations, it may be more comfortable to arrange temporary accommodations. We’ll discuss your specific situation during the planning phase and help you make the best decision for your family.

 

How do payments work?

We break payments into project milestones so you’re never paying for the entire renovation upfront. Typically, this includes:

  • An initial deposit to reserve your spot on our schedule and your design fee

  • A progress payment during construction

  • A final payment upon project completion

We’ll outline the payment schedule clearly in your estimate and contract.

 

What if I change my mind about a design element during the project?

We understand that ideas can evolve! We’re happy to accommodate changes when possible. Depending on the stage of your project, changes may affect your timeline or budget. We’ll always provide clear communication and approval before moving forward with any adjustments.

 

Do you offer warranties?

Yes! We stand behind the quality of our work. All of our renovations include a one-year workmanship warranty, plus manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures where applicable. We’ll provide all warranty details at the final walkthrough.
